Reunion Update

McMearn Family,

Announcing the 2013 McMearn Family Reunion - Where It All Began!

We are busy preparing for the reunion and would like to give you the preliminary details below. We hope that this information allows you to plan early and make your arrangements.

The reunion dates are June 28th through June 30th.

We are pleased to inform you that the official hotel for the reunion is the Embassy Suites Galleria. The negotiated room rate is $119.00 per night plus taxes. Please make your room reservations now and make note of any cancellation policies. The group code is MMR. Call 1-800-Embassy. Reservations must be made by 5/31/2013.

The reunion fee is $70 per person. Sending in your fee as soon as possible will help the Houston reunion committee plan a better and more cost- efficient event. Forward fees to Aaron McMearn, 10923 Montverde, Houston, TX 77099.

Embassy Suites Galleria - Please go to this link for more information on the hotel. The Galleria area has many shops, restaurants and bars. houstongalleria.embassysuites.com

Hotel Parking - The parking fee has been waived for McMearn family reservations.

Family Reunion Colors - Our reunion colors are white and purple.

Children Fees - We will inform everyone of the fee amount and age restrictions for children at a later date.

Communication - If there are any email addresses (kids and grandkids) that you know have not been included or are no longer valid, please forward a correct email to me and/or forward this information.

T Shirts - We will need T shirt sizes. Brian Dunham will be contacting you soon with where to forward that information.
